Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that promote organizational goals.
• Create and edit engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
• Manage and enhance the organization's social media presence to increase engagement and followers.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather information and stories for internal and external communications.
• Coordinate and participate in outreach efforts, including community events and public relations activities.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications or marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to create engaging content.
• Experience managing social media platforms and understanding of analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
