We're looking for a dynamic and passionate Construction Project Manager to join our team! If you're someone who thrives on building strong relationships, encourages success, and fosters trust, we want you to be a part of our growing organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing Capital & HOA Asset Projects, ensuring that all association and corporate-owned assets are maintained and improved according to a comprehensive, multi-year plan. If you have a passion for construction, asset management, and working with a diverse team, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Reserve Construction Program, overseeing corporate asset repairs, refurbishments, and replacements, including scope, schedule, and budget management. Ensure long-term stability by supporting reserve schedules and process updates across teams.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring all aspects meet company standards, brand guidelines, and project specifications. Oversee vendors and project teams, keeping everything on track and on budget.
Address and resolve any issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with a range of professionals to tackle technical, legal, and logistical challenges.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement, brand services, IT, resort management, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Provide support and oversight on special projects such as infrastructure and technology upgrades, mechanical systems, and building envelope improvements.
Work with external consultants to assess conditions and operations, ensuring timely and effective responses to identified needs.
Requirements:

A four-year degree in Construction Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, at least 5 years of hands-on project management and field experience will also be considered.
Experience in multi-family, hospitality, or multi-unit retail construction is required, with a strong understanding of facility management.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams and individuals, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Exceptional time management and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction design, architecture, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and identify inconsistencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision, while remaining adaptable to changing project needs.
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, PROCORE, and facilities management reporting and analytics software.
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Willingness to travel up to 70%.
If you're ready to take on exciting challenges in a supportive and growing environment, we encourage you to apply!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 110,000.00 Per Year
