Private Family in Atlanta, GA Seeking an Executive Housekeeper
Position: Full-Time Live-Out Executive Housekeeper
Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am – 6pm

Relocation: Yes in particular from South Florida
A private family in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned Executive Housekeeper to oversee the meticulous care and presentation of their 10,000 sq. ft. primary residence and secondary residence across the street, which is often used for entertaining. This role requires a polished professional who treats the home with the standards of a five-star luxury hotel while ensuring seamless household operations and an atmosphere of refinement.
Children: Two high-school–aged daughters
Home Size: 10,000 sq. ft. primary residence, plus a secondary residence across the street used for entertaining
Pets: 2 dogs (must be walked and fed)
Household Staff:Estate Manager, Property Manager, Chef and two full-time housekeepers (to be supervised by the Executive Housekeeper)
Supervise and manage two housekeepers, ensuring all work is meticulous and consistent with luxury standards.
Conduct daily walkthroughs and quality-check cleaning, laundry, organization, and overall household presentation.
Perform hands-on housekeeping tasks as needed to ensure museum-quality standards are met.
Provide nightly turndown service, including preparing bedrooms and placing waters on bedside tables.
Assist the chef with dinner service, including elegant table settings and discreet service support.
Order and manage household supplies, beverages, coffees, and medications, ensuring well-stocked inventories.
Run errands as needed using personal vehicle.
Prepare both residences for entertaining, ensuring they are always guest-ready.
Maintain discretion and respect family boundaries at all times (e.g., avoid entering occupied rooms and refrain from unnecessary conversation).

A natural leader with proven experience supervising and motivating staff.
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining five-star hotel standards.
Service-minded and comfortable assisting with formal and informal dinners.
Flexible, proactive, and able to anticipate household needs.
Respectful of privacy and boundaries, with a quiet, polished presence in the home.
Prior experience as a Head/Executive Housekeeper in a private estate or luxury hotel.
Minimum 5+ years of professional housekeeping leadership experience.
Excellent references from previous private households.
Legal to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
Comfortable assisting with dinner service and event support.
