We are seeking a talented and dedicated nurse to join our innovative Fetal Monitoring Telemetry (FMT) program. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and well-being of newborns by remotely monitoring fetal tracings and collaborating with bedside teams across multiple hospitals.

What you'll do:

Utilize your fetal monitoring expertise to assess tracings and identify any concerns.
Collaborate effectively with L&D nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely interventions.
Provide expert guidance and mentorship to nurses at the bedside.
Stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices in fetal monitoring.
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
What you'll bring:

A valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
Electronic Fetal Monitoring Certification.
At least five years of experience in labor and delivery.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
A passion for patient safety and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
