Title:

Full Stack Application Developer

Location: Northeast Region (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
• We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Application Developer to support the design, development, and long-term maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.
• This role involves collaboration with analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for backend and frontend development, integration of services, deployment to cloud environments, and overseeing the full application lifecycle.
• This position also provides technical mentorship and promotes development best practices.

Required Skills:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in both backend and frontend application development
• Proficiency in building scalable applications using object-oriented programming languages and modular frameworks
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful service development
• Familiarity with asynchronous messaging platforms and event-driven architecture
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Ability to design interactive user interfaces using modern web development frameworks
• Exposure to public cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
• Containerization and orchestration knowledge
• Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills:
• Experience leading scrum practices and participating in agile ceremonies
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews
• Experience in regulated industries or roles requiring adherence to compliance standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills in deadline-driven environments

Compensation:
Pay Range: $63000K-$90000K
