We are a non-medical home care agency with locations in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Missouri, New Jersey and Ohio.
We are looking for the right candidate to join our Philadelphia area location as Intake Coordinator.
Candidate will be required to sign up clients that are eligible for services to be referred to care management. Continuous follow up will be required until client has been onboarded with us. Those with a healthcare background preferred. Need to be able to interact with potential clients and accurately explain our offerings to clients.
Candidate will need to have knowledge of PA Medicaid programs. You will not be responsible to gather referrals, they will be provided to you. Previous experience is a plus!
Base salary is $30,000 yearly with bonus potential up to 75,000 yearly! This is an in office job, there will be no remote work.
