Description The role is a junior underwriting or junior processing position on the TPO (third-party originator) broker side, focused on income and asset validation. The main responsibilities include using the company's guidelines, training, and tools to analyze data and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate should have the ability to learn, be organized, utilize resources, and take good notes. Prior experience as a processor or in junior underwriting is preferred, as they would have seen tax returns and bank statements.
