30 Year Window Film Company is seeking a skilled and motivated Window Film Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing a variety of window films, including solar control, safety/security, decorative, and automotive films. As a Window Film Installer, you will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality installations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut window film to fit windows of various sizes and shapes.
• Clean and prepare window surfaces before film application.
• Install window films with precision to ensure a bubble-free, smooth finish.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues.
• Maintain tools and materials in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures during installations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Window Film Installer or in a similar role.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with both residential and commercial window film installations.
• Familiarity with automotive window tinting.
