Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Empower Others in Federal Way, WA

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our supportive team in Washington State. If you’re someone who believes in the power of therapy to help individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges, we’d love to have you onboard.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on individualized care
• Track client progress and collaborate with a diverse healthcare team
• Work closely with psychiatrists and physicians to provide comprehensive care for hospitalized clients
• Offer support to families, guiding them through caregiving responsibilities

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits package

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling
• Valid LMHC license in Washington State
• Previous experience working with older adults is a plus
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with a collaborative approach to care
• Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members
