TCH is a distributor of ATA-case, electromechanical and industrial hardware selling to North American original equipment manufacturers as well as a supplier of foam packaging. TCH fulfills customer requirements from its warehouse facilities in Buffalo, Calgary, Dallas, Montréal and Toronto.

Do you have a key eye for detail and thrive in managing office systems?

What you’ll deliver …

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication.
• Respond to inquiries and redirect messages to appropriate team members.
• Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and electronic.
• Preparing and filing reports, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
• Accurately inputting data into various office systems.
• Organizing office space, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Ensure office security by following safety procedures, managing access, and reporting any security incidents.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

What you’ll bring …

• Previous experience in administrative role, experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Polished, professional presentation with well-developed oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization skills and a strong sense of urgency with a customer service mindset.
• Strong work ethic with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to punctuality.
