Job Description

Part Time Reception/Cashier at Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and customers while also handling cashier duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and attention to detail. You will be an integral part of the dealership's team and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for customers. This is a part-time, hourly position in the auto industry, located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position ranges from $14 to $18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Employees may also receive additional benefits such as discounted car purchases, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the appointment calendar
• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Follow dealership policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle high-stress situations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed
