About Our Company: We are a physical therapy clinic in Crofton, MD that focuses on empowering patients to stay active and mobile without having surgeries, taking medications, or having injections. We commit to listening to our patients and providing education, so they understand what is going on with their bodies and what they are doing throughout the day that is creating their problem.

What we are looking for:
- Someone who loves learning and wants to work as part of a team.
- Already treats pelvic floor patients or ready to learn (we have a complete in house mentorship program and work with the leading skills courses in the country).
- Values educating patients, spending longer treatment times with them, and always learning themselves.
- Someone who can build trust with patients quickly and is motivated to improve their relationships with patients.
- Someone who listens, wants to collaborate as a team and is always striving to make themselves better.
- Someone who understand the importance of regular communication for everyone to succeed including yourself, the team, and our patients .
- Licensed to practice in the State of Maryland (or on your way to being licensed).
