Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead and coordinate plumbing activities on job sites. You will supervise a team, ensure projects are completed on time, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems per project specs & codes
• Supervise plumbers and ensure quality workmanship
• Coordinate materials, tools, and job site workflow
• Ensure safety policies & regulations are followed
• Maintain project records and mark-up as-built drawings
• Schedule and oversee code inspections
• Train and guide crew members
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Texas Plumbing Journeyman License required
• 3-5 years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and installations
• Leadership & communication skills
• OSHA & EPA Universal certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
• Pass drug test
