Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead and coordinate plumbing activities on job sites. You will supervise a team, ensure projects are completed on time, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems per project specs & codes
Supervise plumbers and ensure quality workmanship
Coordinate materials, tools, and job site workflow
Ensure safety policies & regulations are followed
Maintain project records and mark-up as-built drawings
Schedule and oversee code inspections
Train and guide crew members
Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

Texas Plumbing Journeyman License required
3-5 years of experience as a Plumbing Foreman
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and installations
Leadership & communication skills
OSHA & EPA Universal certifications preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
Pass drug test
