Job Description

This DC-based healthcare association is seeking its next Political Associate. In this role, you will work directly in company databases, keeping all PAC information up-to-date, assisting with tracking, event coordination, and overall office organization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. If you are a highly organized individual who enjoys detail-driven tasks, this could be the job for you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized, accurate, and up-to-date PAC database, ensuring all information is recorded correctly and easily accessible.
  • Ensure all fundraising activities and payments comply with Federal Election Commission requirements.
  • Assist with collecting and maintaining records related to fundraising events, including tracking invitations, RSVPs, and event payments, as well as providing event support as needed.
  • Create fundraising and account reports for department leadership.

  • Experience. You have two (2) years of previous professional experience. Experience with PACs, political campaigns, campaign finance, or research platforms is a plus.
