Job Description-

  • We are looking for a skilled and experienced Telecom Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, extensive experience with Agile methodologies, and proficiency in using JIRA for project management.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for telecom products.

  • Ensure alignment of product goals with business objectives and market demands.

Backlog Management:

  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog using JIRA.

  • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with stakeholders, including customers, business analysts, and development teams, to gather and refine requirements.

  • Ensure the product meets the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.

Sprint Planning and Execution:

  • Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure the development team understands the product backlog.

  • Monitor sprint progress and address any issues that arise using Scrum practices.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform product decisions.

  • Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product.

Release Management:

  • Plan and manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track product performance and user satisfaction.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Qualifications:

1. Experience:

  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and managing product development cycles using JIRA.

2. Skills:

  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

3. Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with telecom billing systems, mediation, and rating.

  • Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and tracking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)

  • 10 Years of Experience
