As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our agents and ensure every transaction closes smoothly and on time. Position Overview:
The Real Estate Assistant plays a critical role in managing and overseeing all aspects of the real estate transaction process from contract to close. This person will serve as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, escrow companies, lenders, and all other stakeholders to keep deals on track and maintain a high level of customer service throughout. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative aspects of buyer and seller real estate transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
  • Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and document flow for all parties involved in the transaction
  • Ensure that all required documents are fully executed and in compliance with regulations and brokerage policies
  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, title officers, and other parties to the transaction
  • Monitor transaction progress, identify potential delays or issues, and proactively resolve them
  • Maintain accurate transaction files and update CRM systems regularly
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and closings
  • Provide support to real estate agents so they can focus on selling and client relationships
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service that enhances the client’s buying or selling experience
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate or transaction coordination required
  • Valid Michigan Real Estate License 
  • Strong knowledge of residential real estate processes and documentation
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team-oriented
Compensation:
Competitive compensation starting at 20hr + potential bonuses based on performance
