Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our real estate investing team as a Remote Cold Caller. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners, identifying potential investment opportunities and building relationships. Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads to explore real estate investment opportunities.
Qualify Leads: Engage in conversations to understand homeowners' needs, assess their situations, and evaluate potential opportunities.
Record Information: Accurately log details from your calls, including lead interactions and key insights, in the CRM system.
Follow-Up: Implement an organized follow-up process to keep in touch with potential sellers and maintain engagement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, providing support and sharing insights to ensure the success of the team.
Qualifications:
Cold Calling Experience: Proven experience in outbound calling, preferably within real estate or a similar field.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with people quickly and build rapport.
Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently, managing time effectively, and meeting performance goals.
