Position Overview:

The Coordinator, Video Production is a seasonal, full-time position with the Columbus Clingstones based in Columbus, Georgia and will be responsible for leading and overseeing the video production department with the development and creation of a wide range of video projects. This individual will also be assisting in our digital marketing efforts and bringing the Clingstones brand to life. The Coordinator, Video Production will need to be a creative self-starter, have professional-level understanding and proficiency with digital/media platforms and feel completely comfortable working with various types of content in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Write, pitch, produce, shoot, and edit original videos for digital platforms
• Assist and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Digital Media teams to plan and create content for various social media platforms
• Assist and collaborate with live game broadcast production team
• Shoot footage and maintain archive from Clingstones games and events, including but not limited to game action, promotional activities, and fan engagement
• Manage and maintain the Clingstones video archive
• Collaborate alongside the marketing department to brainstorm Clingstones’ brand initiatives
• Contribute to the day-to-day operation of a minor league professional baseball franchise by answering the call to complete various tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 1-2 years of video production experience
• 1-2 years of social media strategy
• Proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Proven ability to independently manage and execute all aspects of a video shoot from pre-production to final delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate across multiple departments (sales, marketing, partnerships, etc.)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
